Általános Szerződési Feltételek (ÁSZF)

Az Általános Szolgáltatási Feltételek („ÁSZF”) tartalmazzák a Uniqvit Europe Ltd cég​ (székhely: London, Wenlock Road 20-22 ), mint szolgáltató (“Szolgáltató”) által üzemeltetett webáruházhasználatára vonatkozó általános szerződési feltételeket.

Kérjük, hogy csak akkor vegye igénybe szolgáltatásainkat, amennyiben minden pontjával egyetért, és kötelezőérvényűnek tekinti magára nézve.

Jelen dokumentum nem kerül iktatásra, kizárólag elektronikus formában kerül megkötésre (nem minősül írásba foglalt szerződésnek),magatartási kódexre nem utal.

Alapvető rendelkezések

1.1. ​A jelen Szabályzatban nem szabályozott kérdésekre, valamint jelen Szabályzatértelmezésére a magyar jog az irányadó, különös tekintettel a Polgári Törvénykönyvről az elektronikus kereskedelmi szolgáltatások,valamint az információs társadalommal összefüggő szolgáltatások egyes kérdéseiről szóló 2001. évi CVIII. törvény vonatkozó rendelkezéseire.

A vonatkozó jogszabályok kötelező rendelkezései a felekre külön kikötés nélkül is irányadók.

1.2. Hatály, az ÁSZF módosításáig tart.

1.3. A webshop, mint szerzői jogi mű, minden a honlapon megtalálható leírás, blogcikk, fotó ebbe a kategóriába és szerzői jogvédelem alá esik.

1.4. Rendelkezésre állás.

Adatkezelési szabályok

1.5. Adatkezelési szabályaink a Adatvédelmi nyilatkozat menűpontban részletes megtekinthetőek.

1.6. A megjelenített termékek online, és partnereinken keresztül személyesen is megvásárolhatók.  A feltüntetett árak az Áfát  tartalmazzák. A szállítás és csomagolás díja külön kerül felszámításra a termékrendelés során, a szállítási cím megadásakor.

1.7. A webshopban Szolgáltató részletesen feltünteti a termék nevét, leírását, a termékekről fotót jelenítet meg. A termékek adatlapján megjelenített képek eltérhetnek a valóságostól, bizonyos esetekben illusztrációként szerepelnek.

1.8. Amennyiben akciós ár kerül bevezetésre, Szolgáltató teljes körűen tájékoztatja Felhasználókat az akció időtartamáról.

Rendelés menete

1.9. A rendelés menete:

A megrendelő a terméket a kosárba helyezés után tudja megvásárolni. Amikor minden termék a kosárba   került, a megrendelő a Paypal-en keresztül kártyás fi

1.10. A termékeinket kártyás fizetéssel (Paypal-en keresztül), Előre utalással, vagy utánvéttel vásárolhatják meg a Felhasználók. A kiszállításról magyarországi partnerünk, a WebShopIroda Kft gondoskodik. A WebShopIroda adatai:

1.11. A szolgáltató webáruház köteles az igénybe vevő megrendelésének megérkezését az igénybe vevő felé elektronikus úton haladéktalanul visszaigazolni.  Amennyiben e visszaigazolás az igénybe vevő megrendelésének elküldésétől számított, a szolgáltatás jellegétől függő elvárható határidőn belül, de legkésőbb 48 órán belül az igénybe vevőhöz nem érkezik meg, az igénybe vevő mentesül az ajánlati kötöttség vagy szerződéses kötelezettség alól. Megrendelés és annak visszaigazolása akkor tekintendő a szolgáltatóhoz, illetve az igénybe vevőhöz megérkezettnek, amikor az számára hozzáférhetővé válik. A fenti szabályoktól eltérhetnek a felek, ha ebben megállapodtak.

A megrendelések feldolgozása és teljesítés

1.12. A megrendelések feldolgozása: a megrendelés napján délelőtt 10 óráig beérkező megrendelések még aznap, az ezen időpont után beérkező megrendelések a kövektkező munkanapon kerülnek feldolgozásra.

1.13. Általános teljesítési határidő, a visszaigazolástól számított 2 munkanapon belül. Ha Szolgáltató és Felhasználó a teljesítés időpontjában nem állapodtak meg, Szolgáltató Felhasználó felszólításában meghatározott időpontban vagy időn belül, felszólítás hiányában legkésőbb a megrendelésnek Szolgáltatóhoz való megérkezésétől számított harminc napon belül köteles a szerződés szerinti teljesítésre.

1.14. Ha Szolgáltató a szerződésben vállalt kötelezettségét azért nem teljesíti, mert a szerződésben meghatározott termék nem áll rendelkezésére, köteles erről Felhasználót haladéktalanul tájékoztatni, valamint Felhasználó által fizetett összeget haladéktalanul,de legkésőbb harminc napon belül visszatéríteni. E kötelezettség teljesítése Szolgáltatót nem mentesíti szerződésszegése egyéb következményei alól.

Elállás joga

1.15. A fogyasztó és a vállalkozás közötti szerződések részletes szabályairól szóló 45/2014. (II.26.) Korm. rendelet szabályozása értelmében Felhasználó a megrendelt termék kézhez vételétől számított 14 napon belül indoklás nélkül elállhat a szerződéstől,visszaküldheti a megrendelt, bontatlan terméket.

1.16. Az elállási jog gyakorlásának menete:

'Mi biztosak vagyunk abban, hogy szeretni fogod termékeink, ezért nem a törvény által előírt 14 napos, hanem 1 hónapos visszavásárlási lehetőséget kínálunk a bontatlan, sértetlen termékeinkre. Amennyiben ezen időn belül meggondolod magad, vagy extra termékeket is vásároltál, és azokat visszaküldenéd, megteheted mindezt, egy nekünk küldött emaillel elindítva a folyamatot.

Hogy ne kelljen sokat gondolkodnod a kipróbáláson, két módon is visszaküldheted termékeink, amennyiben nem kívánod megtartani őket:

1.16.1 Saját visszaszállításról gondoskodsz. Ebben az esetben olyan módon postázod, ahogy neked tetszik, a neked megfelelő céggel. A visszaküldés díja itt téged terhel, és a visszatérítés összege a termékek összegének felel meg.

1.16.2. Rajtunk keresztül küldöd vissza a termékeket. Ebben az opcióban ügyfélszolgálatunk megszervez neked mindent. A termékeket a mi költségünkre küldheted vissza, a postázó címkét az ügyfélszolgálatunk küldi ki neked, és az otthonod kényelméből veszik fel a csomagot. Mindezt 1-2 termék esetén 490Ft/termék kezelési költségért, 3+ termék esetén extra 195FT/termék díjért Magyarországról indított visszaküldés esetén. Külföldre kiszállított csomagok visszaküldéséhez kérd ki ajánlatunkat a fenti email címen. SEMMI EGYÉB KÖLTSÉG TÉGED NEM TERHEL, a visszaszállítás a mi dolgunk és problémánk. 

A termékek beérkeztétől számított 3-5 munkanapon belül a visszatérítés megtörténik. A visszatérítés a termékek árára vonatkozik, és csomagok vásárlása esetén a csomag teljes tartalmának visszaküldése esetén érvényes. Amennyiben a csomagból bizonyos termék felhasználásra került, illetve nem lett visszaküldve, azok ára levonásra kerül a visszatérítendő összegből.

1.17. A vásárlói panaszok legkésőbb 8 napon belül kivizsgálásra kerülnek. Igyekszünk ennél gyorsabban reagálni amikor módunkban áll. A Felhasználókat az eredményről emailben értesítjük. Panaszát az info@lipoversum.com email címen teheti meg. Ha csomagolási, szállítási panasz lépne fel, akkor a logosztika@webshopiroda.hu email címre küldheti a panaszát.

Vegyes rendelkezések

1.19. Szolgáltató és Felhasználó vitás ügyeiket békés úton próbálják rendezni.Felhasználó és a Szolgáltató a jelen Szabályzat hatálya alá tartozó, megegyezéssel 30(harminc) naptári nap alatt nem rendezhető esetleges jogvitákra nézve kikötik a Győri Járási Bíróság/Törvényszék illetékességét.
